Comprised of 154 standard models, CENB (commercial) and MENB (medical) series offer 11 output power levels from 10-220 W and are designed to meet standby energy loss legislation. Products deliver output voltages from 5-48 Vdc and meet requirements of Energy Level V, CEC2008, EISA2007, and ErP Step 2. Wall Plug configurations will be available with interchangeable blade or regional fixed molded AC plugs, and all models come in desktop style with universal input.

SL Power Announces Widest Range of Energy Level V and EN60601 3rd Edition External Power Supplies Currently Available
With the launch of no less than 154 new standard models in its CENB commercial ranges and MENB medical ranges of power supplies, SL Power Electronics has introduced what it says is the widest range of external power supplies currently available from a single manufacturer.
The products, available in 11 different output power levels ranging from 10 to 220W, offer users a single source for all their external power supplies, which will meet the lower standby energy loss legislation changes becoming effective around the world. Most countries are now making it mandatory that commercial power supplies meet the requirements of Energy Level V, CEC2008, EISA2007 and ErP Step 2, which all these models do. Output voltages range from 5 to 48VDC.
Wall Plug configurations will be available with interchangeable blade or regional fixed moulded AC plugs and all models offered in desk top style. Desk top models are offered with a variety of input configuration connections, including two pin, no earth style, making them suitable for medical equipment home use.
All products have universal wide range input and meet the commercial product requirements of EN60950-2. Medical versions will be designed to meet the requirements of EN60601 3rd Edition which will come into effect in Europe from 2012, but also have the benefit of low standby energy capability. SL Power external power supplies all have a three year warranty.
Approximately 50% of SL Power's customers currently specify modifications to the standard product, such as label or output connector changes, and this demand is expected to continue.
