Vacuum Pump Exhaust Trap for High-Capacity Industrial Pumps

A vacuum pump exhaust trap that eliminates the oil mist from larger vacuum pumps used in casting, coating, chemicals, heat treating, metallizing, metal injection molding, moldmaking, plastics, and related processes is available from MV Products of North Billerica, Massachusetts.

The MV Maxi-Mist™ Oil Mist Eliminator is a high-capacity exhaust trap that employs a parallel bank of five pleated microfiberglass coalescing filter elements which have a 0.1 micron pore size and feature 99.9999% efficiency. Developed for industrial vacuum pumps up to 300 CFM, it promotes a safer workplace and cleaner environment by trapping "oil smoke" from the exhaust.

Allowing users to recirculate the reclaimed oil back to the vacuum pump or dispose of it through a drain port, the MV Maxi-MistT™ Oil Mist Eliminator is constructed of stainless steel, measures only 10" dia. x 13.5" H, has a 50mm NW flange on the pump side and a 1.5" NPT fitting at the exhaust. Filter elements typically only need annual changing which is fast and easy.

The MV Maxi-Mist™ Oil Mist Eliminator is priced at $1,520.00 complete and the elements are $31.99 each. Literature is available upon request.
