With 36 x 28 in. footprint, Protector 3 fits atop standard laboratory cabinetry. Leak-tight Type 304 stainless steel interior withstands degradation by surface disinfectants, and key-activated UV light provides secondary disinfection of interior between cases. Stainless steel rod and 3 stainless steel collapsible/removable wire mesh shelves are supplied as standard, along with HEPA and carbon filtered exhaust, safety glass door with magnetic seal, and red filter system alarm light.

Protector Benchtop Evidence Drying Cabinets
The Protector 3' Benchtop Evidence Drying Cabinet provides a compact, space-saving method of securely drying evidence. At 36" wide and 28" deep, the cabinet fits atop standard laboratory cabinetry. Its leak-tight Type 304 stainless steel interior withstands degradation by surface disinfectants. Included are a stainless steel rod and three stainless steel collapsible/removable wire mesh shelves. The safety glass door comes with a magnetic seal to accommodate a user-supplied padlock or optional tamper-evident tag to maintain chain of custody. The cabinet's HEPA and carbon filtered exhaust protects personnel from exposure to biohazards while eliminating odors. The key-activated ultraviolet light provides secondary disinfection of the interior between cases to prevent cross contamination, ensuring integrity of samples for DNA testing. A red filter system alarm light alerts the operator to low airflow conditions.
