NewLeads Releases RegPartner 4.3 for Attendance Tracking and Lead Retrieval at Events


- Handles Registration and Badges for 500 to 10,000 Attendees -

VENTURA, Calif. - NewLeads, Inc. announces the availability of RegPartner Version 4.3. Corporations and trade show event managers can now use this single sophisticated system for attendee registration, badge creation, vendor lead retrieval systems, overall event and session attendance tracking, and even certificate creation for successful completion of required sessions. Session completion tracking and certification is particularly useful for documenting accreditation units, such as continuing medical education (CME) programs. The RegPartner system and corresponding software handles this broad spectrum of activities for events with as little as 500 or as many as 10,000 attendees.

"This new system release does it all," said Darren Holland, marketing manager for RegPartner. "Through a single pane of glass, all of the important information at an event is viewed and managed. It's a great choice for registration and badges, as well as attendance tracking at large corporate events and seminars, all in one system. Our lead retrieval systems offer options for using a 1-D barcode scanner or handheld PDAs for surveys. RegPartner first made a name for itself in the corporate seminar arena, and now it's in demand by trade shows and association management companies."

"The strength of this system," said Kathy DesJardin, RegPartner operations manager, "is its ease of use. Attendees can register online before an event, or on-site. At the event, we issue great plastic (or paper) badges in various colors branded with your logo or event-specific artwork. The barcodes or magnetic stripe on the badges allows us to track attendees. The system allows event and session attendance verification (upon entry or exit) with our small keychain scanners."

John Hasbrouck, president of RegPartner, explained further, "Corporate seminar planners and trade show managers alike appreciate that RegPartner generates instant, on-site reports. These reports provide detailed session attendance showing who attended each session; which sessions were the most attended; and event registration statistics and charts, such as pie charts, which attendees were no-shows; etc." Hasbrouck also said that exporting report data on a daily or even hourly basis is easy, with the click of a button.
