December 5, 2007 - Measuring 48 in. high, KUBE(TM) Low Profile Evaporative Coolers employ FreshWater(TM) slinger wheel technology, which evenly distributes evaporative atomized water across entire air inlets. Evaporative cooling pads are eliminated, minimizing airborne pathogens, mold spores, and odors. Providing 3,000-30,000 cfm with variable speed control, units come with network capability. Heating can be provided via indirect heat exchanger up to 400,000 BTUs per unit.

New Series Of Low Profile Evaporative Coolers/Heaters

Eliminate Use of Cooling Pads; Minimize Risk of Airborne Pathogens

CLEVELAND, OH - November 28, 2007 - Bessamaire® has announced a new series of low profile industrial/commercial cooling and heating products. The KUBE(TM) Low Profile Evaporative Cooler is only 48" high. Although short in stature, KUBE products provide powerful and highly flexible cooling and heating benefits. All units employ Bessamaire's patented FreshWater(TM) slinger wheel technology, which evenly distributes evaporative atomized water across the entire air inlets to ensure efficient cooling. Traditional evaporative cooling pads ("Swamp Coolers") are eliminated, which minimizes the risk of airborne pathogens, mold spores, or odors supported by cooling pads. Evaporative cooling is a "Green" technology, consuming up to 90% less electricity versus conventional air conditioning.

KUBE coolers are available to provide from 3000 to 30,000 CFM with variable speed control, which is standard. Heating can be provided via indirect heat exchanger up to 400,000 BTUs per unit. All units come with network capability. Touch screen controls allow up to 15 units to be remotely controlled via PLC or computer to maximize efficiency. All units employ a four stage filtering process, including food grade final filter.

Construction is robust, with double wall insulated 18 gauge Galvalume® zinc alloy steel used to provide significantly more corrosion resistance than galvanized. A 10 year rust-through warranty is provided.

ODP fan motors have a 5 year warranty. Both a full frame C-channel structural steel base and hinged, gasketed and insulated locking cabinet door are standard.
Bessamaire specializes in the design and manufacture of evaporative coolers, direct and indirect gas-fired heating units and air turnover systems for industrial and commercial use. Over 100,000 systems have been supplied since the company's founding in 1953. Customers include the majority of Fortune 500 companies.

Bessamaire is located at 26881 Cannon Road, Cleveland, OH 44146. Telephone: (440) 439-1200 Fax: (440) 439-1625. Web: www.bessamaire.com. Email: jim@bessamaire.com
