March 19, 2008 - Featuring 16-bit data bus, I/O, and other hardware interfaces that expand via DIMM 200-pin, ARM Mini2410-I processor card incorporates all common features of S3C2410, and measures 67.6 x 45 mm. It has 0 to +70°C temperature, 64 Mb SDRAM, 2 Mb Nor flash, On-chip MPLL, 32,768 Hz RTC, 1.0 mm space 8-pin JTAG interface, and single 3.3 V power supply. Unit includes Nand Flash on carrierboard or Nor Flash on Processor boot, and selectable CPU jumpers.

GAO Tek Inc. Announces a new ARM Mini2410-I The GaoTek Mini2410-I(TM) processor card is designed specially to be the heart of your next embedded design.

The tiny ARM Mini2410-I board integrates Samsung's S3C2410X processor, which is based on an ARM920T core with integrated MMU. The processor card takes use of all common features of S3C2410 and the connection between the processor card and your carrierboard is through DIMM 200-pin. 16-bit data bus, I/O and all other hardware interfaces all expand via DIMM 200-pin.

FEATURES OF THE ARM MINI2410-I :
o Dimensions : 67.6 x 45 mm
o Temperature : 0 to +70 Celsius
o Samsung's S3C2410 microcontroller based on a 2.5V Static ARM920T CPU core with MMU
o 64Mbyte SDRAM
o 2Mbyte Nor flash (1/4/8/16MB compatible)
o On-chip MPLL generates the 12MHz OSC up to operate MCU at up to 266MHz
(The default clock rate is 203MHz.)
o 32768Hz RTC (Real-time clock)
o 1.0mm space 8-pin JTAG interface
o 16bit data bus, I/O and all other hardware interfaces expansions via DIMM 200-pin
o Nand Flash on carrierboard or Nor Flash on Processor boot, CPU jumpers selectable
o Single 3.3V power supply
