With transmission distance of greater than/equal to 300 m, outdoor ethernet switch has power consumption of 6 W, operating voltage between 40-90 V for DC/AC, and maximal passing current of 1 A. Measuring 228.6 x 71.2 x 100.0 mm, unit has operating temperature of -40 to +85°C. Featuring coaxial cable, speed of 10/100 Mpbs for full duplexer, forward/backward and remote powering, unit meets IEEE 802.3 10Base-T and IEEE 802.3u 100Base-TX standards. Aerial, pedestal, or wall mounting is available.

Cable Vision is having its latest innovative of Ethernet switch for outdoor "Ethernet over Coax" solution. By using the unique "Ethernet over Coax" (EOC) technique, this switch can provide transmission distance much longer than original Ethernet limitation through coax cable. AC or DC power can also accompany with Ethernet signal. To apply in the outdoor environment, the enclosure has a compact, water-proof, dust-tight and surge protection designs. This outdoor Ethernet switch with advanced feature is very suitable to outdoor Ethernet networks.
