Toronto, Canada - GAO Instruments (www.GAOInstruments.com) has released its portable 10/100/1000m Ethernet analyzer which tests data rates and performance metrics including throughput, latency, frame loss and back-to-back frames. It is an ideal solution for analyzing and troubleshooting Ethernet networks during the processes of construction or maintenance.
The 10/100/1000M Ethernet analyzer, model A0300004, offers two working modes: dual-port mode and remote testing mode. In dual-port mode, most of tests can be completed via the single analyzer; in remote testing mode, long distance tests can be carried out with two analyzers placed at the two ends of a WAN. It has a USB port to upload stored data to a computer. The easy-to-use Ethernet analyzer displays text and graphics on its TFT LCD screen.
