Portable, motorized EZ-mix®HI dispenses 50 ml dual cartridges of epoxy without repetitive squeezing and material waste. Gun dispenses controlled bead and has Drip-Free(TM) design that prevents or minimizes oozing from mix tip. Variable speed motor is powered by 7.2 V NiMH rechargeable battery. In addition to insert potting on flame-retardant honeycomb aircraft interior panels, dispenser is suited for attaching bonding clips in place and inserting panel pins.

A fully portable, motorized gun for dispensing the two-part epoxies used for insert potting on flame-retardant, lightweight honeycomb aircraft interior panels and interiors of trains, boats, and other vehicles is available from DTIC Dispensing Technologies of So. Lancaster, Massachusetts.
The EZ-mix®HI Dispenser is a portable, battery-powered, motorized hand gun that dispenses 50 ml dual cartridges of epoxy without repetitive squeezing and material waste. Ideal for insert potting on flame-retardant, light-weight honeycomb interior panels, the gun dispenses a controlled bead and has a Drip-Free(TM) design that prevents or reduces oozing from the mix tip.
Featuring a light touch trigger and a speed control to let users set their own dispense rate, the EZ-mix®HI Dispenser has a variable speed motor which is powered by a 7.2V NiMH rechargeable battery and is three times faster than using A-paks, claims the firm. This portable gun is also effective for attaching bonding clips in place and for inserting panel pins.
