Available in monochrome and full color formats, Laser Mail DPT prints return address, indicia, mailing address, teaser, and barcodes on envelopes from 3 x 6 to 8.5 x 14 in. in one pass. Postcards and difficult stock print at rate of up to 25/min. To minimize user intervention, unit is equipped with Load-On-The-Fly feeder system that loads up to 500 envelopes or postcards. Feeder reloads are possible while system is in operation.

PSI develops its new Tabletop Laser Envelope & Postcard Printer with Small Offices in Mind
Mississauga, ON, May 11, 2006 - An alternative is now available for small offices that outsource their postcard and envelope printing needs. PSI Engineering, a leader in material handling and in-line document automation solutions, announced the launch of the newest edition to its Laser Mail Series, the Laser Mail DPT. As a tabletop envelope printer, the DPT is the ideal solution for companies who want to print high quality, personalized envelopes and postcards (in-house) with a Big Company image on a small company's budget.
Crisp, laser printed envelopes produced by the Laser Mail DPT are complete with return address, indicia, mailing address, teaser and barcodes, all of which are printed during one printing pass. Considerable time savings are realized with the DPT, compared to alternative postcard and envelope printing solutions, which require multiple printer passes to print the same information. The Laser Mail DPT will address envelope sizes ranging from 3" x 6" to 8.5" x 14", as well as postcards and other difficult stock at a rate of up to 25 per minute.
Equipped with PSI's "Load-On-The- Fly" feeder system, the Laser Mail DPT minimizes user intervention, allowing for labor cost savings. The feeding systems can load up to 500 envelopes or postcards and feeder reloads can take place while the system is in operation, meaning virtually no downtime.
Small offices will appreciate the compact design of the DPT, a laser envelope and postcard printer which easily fits on most sized tabletops. With its launch, the DPT becomes the first tabletop envelope printer in PSI's successful Laser Mail Envelope Printer Series.
"Our Laser Mail Series dealt almost exclusively with mailing houses and large organizations with high printing volumes and multiple runs," recalls Frank P.
