Entry-Level Proportioner for Finishing Applications
Graco's new ProMix™ Easy is an entry-level, affordable, easy-to-use proportioning system that offers the same on-ratio assurance and advanced reporting system found on more sophisticated systems. ProMix Easy is designed for single color, two-component spray finishing applications and is capable of handling most coatings, including solventborne, waterborne, high solids, acid catalyzed and moisture-sensitive isocyanates. The proportioner handles flow rates as low as 20 cc/min with a wide range of ratios.
ProMix Easy also features an intrinsically safe control that allows easy integration into hazardous environments. System controls are easy to set up, display and operate. The ProMix Easy system also measures and records the usage of each component, as well as monitors ratio performance during the reporting period. The system is compatible with all spray technologies, including air spray, HVLP, air-assisted and electrostatic.
