In addition to supporting import of various CAD formats, KOMPAS-3D v11 incorporates features for working with parts, bodies, and assemblies as well as abilities for 3D curves and surfaces modelling that increase efficiency and quality of design process. Installation packages, also available, will provide add-ons such as Steel Structures 3D application, Standard Parts library, and Unwrap library, which lend additional functionality and automation.
