Elster EnergyICT launches Enacto, the next generation energy management software platform, giving organisations more control over energy costs
MAINZ-KASTEL, Germany and KORTRIJK, Belgium, -- Elster EnergyICT announced the launch of Enacto, a new action orientated approach to energy monitoring and management. With Enacto, organisations are delivered truly actionable energy intelligence that enables all staff across commercial and retail businesses to take control of energy management thus maximising and maintaining their current energy savings.
Enacto has been designed with the energy manager in mind. It guides and assists in swiftly detecting and analysing energy waste and suggests corrective actions reducing the loss of achieved savings. Enacto also supports accessing energy data from anywhere at any time, empowering staff to become the energy manager at their own site or store.
Enacto allows staff to track and benchmark the energy performance of their site against multiple locations in their region. A wide selection of benchmark criteria is available including comparison of similar-sized locations, or comparing performance against previous years. The energy manager can also compare energy efficiency against multiple normalisation parameters such as the store size or outside temperature. Factoring out the impact of such as unusual weather can enable an accurate view of energy efficiency savings.
