A New, High-Power Mobile Compressor for Large Construction Sites

Efficient and Powerful

The Mobilair 270 is the flagship of the Kaeser portable compressor range. This highly versatile machine will not shun working in ambient temperatures of up to 50°C nor will altitudes of 4000 m above sea level forestall its efficiency. Applications include quarrying and earth compacting as well as supplying large construction sites with compressed air for tasks such as sand blasting and concrete repair. The M 270 can also provide a reliable source of standby air should a stationary air system break down.

The Mobilair 270 has a capacity of 27 m³/min at 7 bar, but there are also versions available with 10 and 12 bar working pressures. The machine features the energy-efficient combination of a Mercedes-Benz diesel engine and the Kaeser compressor airend with power-saving SIGMA rotors enabling fuel-efficient operation at a 100% duty cycle. A generously sized fuel tank provides for 15 hours of operation under full load. Exhaust emissions meet all standards and the low-speed operation significantly reduces noise.

Numerous extras cater for an extraordinary wide range of applications. Various air treatment systems provide cool, dry and oil-free air (for concrete repair to industrial standards, for example) or even fresh air. The three chassis versions (tandem-axle, dual-axle or skids) make the M 270 really versatile and suited to almost all mobile air requirements.

The new Mobilair 270 is extremely versatile and economical and has a wide range of applications. This machine is available in three versions with tan-dem-axle, dual-axle (front steerable) or on skids.
