Model LS-38S Latest Addition To The Endforming Machinery Line

The fabricating systems division of S&S machinery corp., announces the latest additions to their endforming machinery line. This new low cost addition is directed toward the small/medium production user.

The affordable priced model LS-38S is a manually loaded, single station, linear machine. This machine can endform tubes from 1/4" thru 1 1/2" diameters, with swage lengths thru 2 1/4". This machine delivers 8 tons (i.e. 16,000 lbs) of force to reduce, expand, flare, bead etc. Most ferrous and non ferrous tubes of almost any length. The automatic endform operation is initiated by placing a tube in the lower clamp against a stop and closing the upper swing clamp. The tube is hydraulically clamped and linearly endformed (i.e. reduced, expanded, flared, beaded, etc.) The operator removes the completed part and the cycle may be repeated. Tool changing is also easy to accomplish, (4) screws remove the clamp set, and (1) screw removes the forming tool. We offer single purpose machines, within this line of machinery. One machine will produce a double flare, another will set the ring for hydraulic tube couplings in accordance to the din standards.

We also offer double end, rotary, multi-station and hopper fed machines for high volume production. Consult factory with your specific requirements.
