SuccessFactors Announces First Calibration Application for the Enterprise
NEW YORK, -- Today, at SuccessConnect 2010, SuccessFactors, Inc. (NASDAQ:SFSF) announced SuccessFactors Calibration, the industry's first solution for streamlining and simplifying the calibration process at enterprises for improved business results through more impactful talent initiatives.
An integrated solution in SuccessFactors Business Execution Software suite (BizX), SuccessFactors Calibration is the only application that transforms calibration into a smooth and efficient process that empowers executives to make critical talent decisions based on credible and objective ratings. It boosts the effectiveness of key talent initiatives such as compensation management, succession planning and employee development in motivating employees to perform at maximum full potential and execute on strategy flawlessly.
SuccessFactors Calibration brings together key data like performance ratings, pay and employee profile information from the rest of the SuccessFactors suite so executives, managers and human resources leaders can run more effective calibration sessions. It enables companies to:
