Emission Monitoring System is suited for stack flue gases.
March 19, 2003 - Intelli-CEMS Continuous Emission Monitoring system measures SO2, CO, NOx, O2, and CO2. CEMS consists of Insitu Probe type multi-gas analyzers, By-pass Extractive analyzers, Gas Velocity Monitors, and DAQ and EPA reporting software; all with dynamic online zero and span verification and remote diagnostics access. COMS consists of laser-based, path-independent opacity monitor, which is vibration resistant and has zero pipe fiber optic technology.

Ducon Launches a New CEMS Product Line
Farmingdale, N. Y. Ducon Technologies Inc. ( March 12th, 2003)
Ducon announced that it is now the exclusive supplier and distributor in North America of the “Intelli-CEMS”, a Continuous Emission Monitoring system for measuring SO2, CO, NOx, O2, CO2 etc. in stack flue gases made by CODEL of U.K. The “Intelli-CEMS” package incorporates the complete equipment and software for CEMS and COMS to meet EPA 40CFR-Part 60 and 75 regulations. CODEL has been a leading supplier of CEMS & COMS to utilities, refineries, cement plants, glass furnaces and incinerators for the past thirty years.
The CEMS consist of Insitu Probe type multi-gas analyzers, By-pass Extractive analyzers, Gas Velocity Monitors, and State-of-the-art Data Acquisition and EPA reporting software system; all with dynamic online zero and span verification along with remote diagnostics access. Ducon's COMS consists of the only laser-based opacity monitor available in the market today that is path independent, vibration resistant, and has the unique features of zero pipe fiber optic technology for a wide range of Dust/Opacity monitoring applications.
The G-CEM6000 In-situ analyzer can monitor up to seven gases simultaneously and can provide on-line calibration through injection of audit gases. The G-CEM7000 By-pass Extractive analyzer minimizes the need for sample conditioning as compared to traditional extractive analyzers. The V-CEM5000 gas velocity monitor is a non-contact, infrared flow analyzer with automatic online mass flow emission conversions. The DAS-8000 data acquisition and reporting software package is a web-enabled system that provides real-time display, calibration history along with alarms management, remote diagnostics capability and EPA compliance reporting.
Ducon provides Nation-wide Service support, EPA Certification, Application Engineering assistance, site installation, start-up, training along with extended Warranty and long-term maintenance contracts.
Ducon is a leading global provider of the most advanced and custom engineered air pollution control and emission monitoring systems to the world’s power plants, refineries, cement & steel plants and other industries since 1938. Ducon's air pollution control equipment is used to control toxic fumes, SO2, HCl, H2S, NOx, VOC’s, flyash, mercury, dioxins & sub micron particles from industrial exhausts and utility boilers.
