Ultra Slim and a Panel PC Look and Feel
Measuring only 29.2mm height with 139.8x246.25mm footprint, the ACS-2160 is designed to meet space limited applications and it provides a variety of mounting ways such as VESA 75x75/100x100 (optional), Wall mount and Din Rail. In industrial-grade application environments, din rail mounting is used extensively and one of the major benefits of din rail is interchangeability of components. When a component went bad, a din rail provides an easy way to replace dysfunctional component and save the time. Meanwhile, thanks to its versatile mounting, the ACS-2160 can be multifunctional turned your display into a panel PC for an all-in-one look and feel when it is integrated with a LCD.
Full-featured, High Performance
With the proliferation on a device that is getting slimmer and compact, the ACS-2160 provides customers both cost effective and high performance solution because it significantly saves the cost where the space is at a premium. Powered by Intel D2550, the ACS-2160 reduces power consumption and the fanless great thermal design gives customers a silent operating environment. The cover of ACS-2160 is made of aluminum which has unique attractive factors like low weight, high strength, ease of maintained and excellent corrosion resistance. Therefore, the ACS-2160 features an operating temperature of -20°C to 60°C, supports 5G vibration, 50G shock and drops from 92cm certified in order to meet tough requirements in harsh environment applications.
Rich Connections I/O
Equipped with on board 2GB DDRIII 800MHz (4GB optional), rich connection I/O ports (two USB ports, two LAN RJ-45, one RS-232 DB-9, COM2, one DB-9 RS-232/422/485, COM1, one audio line out, and one VGA) and storage functionalities (one SD up to 32GB and one SATA HDD bay up to 64GB), the ACS-2160 enables mass storage within a tiny size and provides cost-effective than ever. In addition, the ACS-2160 features one internal mini-PCIe slot for flexible expansion. As to OS supported, the ACS-2160 provides multiple OS options including: Windows 32-bit XP Pro, Windows 7 32-bit, Windows CE7.0, Fedora 14 and so on.
