Model 257D Electrostatic Fieldmeter
Monroe Electronics announces the addition of the new Model 257D Electrostatic Fieldmeter to its' extensive line of electrostatic measurement instrumentation. It provides an accurate (better than 5%) means of measuring or monitoring static charges on webs, handlers, workstations, film lines and any application where a remote probe is desired. The 257D utilizes Monroes' 1036 Probe, which has an intrinsically safe rating, when used with safety barriers and can use extension cables up to 1000' long. The unit is battery operated and has two ranges, ±2kV/cm and ±20kV/cm
