Electronic Metering Pump Features Automatic Air Release Valve

Lansdale, PA, October 2005 - Neptune Chemical Pump Co., Inc. announces the introduction of the ARPZ Series electronic metering pump. The ARPZ is designed with an automatic air release valve to be used in sodium hypochlorite service or with other chemicals that off-gas at room temperature. The ARPZ features an Acrylic pump head with a Teflon diaphragm, ceramic checks, and EDPM O-rings and seals.

The ARPZ's acrylic liquid end is clear to allow viewing of liquid and valve action. The Acrylic/EPDM head design of the ARPZ minimizes internal space eliminating areas where gas can accumulate, and all ports slope upward to vent gas through the top of the pump and away from the diaphragm.

The patented ARPZ pump operates at the same flow rate and accuracy on any single phase voltage from 94 VAC to 264 VAC. The entire PZi line, including the ARPZ, features proportional control in response to either pulse or 4-20 ma signals.

Request Bulletin PZ for complete specifications on the full line, including the manual
