New Electronic Levels Combine High-Accuracy and Durability
DANBURY, CT (April 25, 2003). . Hamar Laser Instruments, Inc. has introduced two new electronic levels-the EL-900 and EL-905 (with 360° swivelling display)-that offer high-accuracy measurement capabilities and durable, compact design to withstand the abuse of factory floor environments. Both levels use "digital bubble" scanning technology accurate to 0.5 arc seconds (0.00003"/ft. or 0.0025mm/M) with minimal drift. Measuring range is +/- 1000 arc seconds (0.06"/ft. 5mm/M). Levels require very little in-field calibration. Prices start at $1,995 (case included), or about half the cost of competing models.
EL-900/905 Electronic Levels feature large easy-to-read displays in arc seconds (inches/10" or mm/M), and are ideal for checking surface plate calibration and leveling machine beds on machining centers, boring mills and lathes.
