NRE-JL series -Reduced Size, Long Lifetime Radial Leaded Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

Improved performance upgrade in reduced case sizes

NIC Components is pleased to introduce NRE-JL series of radial leaded aluminum electrolytic capacitors featuring long lifetime (rated 4000 ~ 10,000 hours / +105°C) supplied in reduced case sizes. NRE-JL series utilizes improved low resistance electrolyte and separator paper, to reduce ESR - Z and increase ripple current ratings (RCR). Use of high magnification foils results in reduced case sizes. Improved end seal technology aids in extending lifetime load life ratings. NRE-JL series in reduced size and longer lifetime ratings, are suggested replacements and upgrades for NRE-FL & NRWY product series.

Available in case sizes from 5x11 ~ 16x35.5 (mm) covering voltage ratings 6.3VDC ~ 100VDC, operating temperatures to +105°C , and load life ratings to 10,000 hours @ +105°C. Intended use in long life high reliability applications, including DC-DC power supply filtering, lighting and telecommunication equipment. Product samples are available for circuit design and evaluation. Unit costs from $0.035 ~ $0.97 each, in production volumes.
