Italvibras at Ipackima 2003. Italvibras Presents the First Range of MVSS Series Stainless Steel Electric Vibrators and the New MICRO Series to the World at Large

The innovations proposed by Italvibras G. Silingardi at Ipack-Ima 2003 concern new ranges of MVSS series stainless steel electric vibrators and the MICRO series. These MVSS series stainless steel electric vibrators are a real innovation for the market and are the result of 40 years of experience and research conducted by Italvibras in the sector.

The MVSS series stainless steel vibrators feature total protection against liquids, dust, aggressive substances and pollutants thanks to the casing and external components which
are made of stainless steel. The entire MVSS range comprises 52 models with 0.27 to 42.4 kN centrifugal force values. Thanks to these characteristics, the MVSS series is ideal for use in the food, chemical, petrochemistry, pharmaceutical, fish processing and ecology sectors and in all applications that require total protection for the vibrator against aggressive substances. The vibrators in the MICRO series, which has undergone complete modification in relation to the previous version, have been given a surface treatment to suit the food and chemical industries. The MICRO series includes electric vibrators M3/4, M3/20, M3/45 and has been designed for continuous service in processes that require a limited centrifugal force and small sized machines. These vibrators are suitable for numberless uses in food production, conveying, screening, sorting, separating and compacting processes carried out by the automatic machines in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, packaging industries and for automation in general. Featuring IP65 mechanical protection, the MICRO vibrators have a high-strength light aluminium alloy casing and weight covers in stainless steel.

Italvibras will also be exhibiting its comprehensive range of electric vibrators at Ipack-ima 2003. These include the MVSI series (from 0 to 250 kN), which act as a reference for all
manufacturers of vibrating machines and systems; the CDX series (from 0 to 218 kN), which are designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and the series of flanged vertical vibrators, specially designed for all applications on vibrating machines where the vibrator must be fixed in a vertical position.

Italvibras: leader specialization.

Over 40 years of specialization and on-going research to achieve excellence have enabled Italvibras to obtain the utmost quality levels with the largest range of electric vibrators available on the market (with 0 to 250 kN centrifugal force values), now completed by the new MVSS series fully made of stainless steel. CE marking, IP 66-7 certification and, for potentially explosive atmospheres, ATEX-CESI (EEx e - EEx d), U.L., C.S.A., D.I.P. Australia certifications, give Italvibras electric vibrators the necessary safety levels for all applications. All this plus the competence acquired thanks to numberless applications in all industrial sectors.
