June 21, 2002 - M-2 Thru-Hardened ejectors and core pins are uniformly hardened to Rc 60-63 and can be ground without loss of Rockwell hardness to permit detailed end work and prevent dishing. Ready for mold insertion, they are offered in decimal diameters and 0.0001" increments. Available in straight and stepped diameters ranging from 0.0312-0.2500 in. with 0.0003 in. tolerance, they come in 6 and 8 in. overall lengths and various shoulder sizes. Metric sizes are also offered.

A full line of M-2 ejectors and core pins that feature the same hardness throughout and are offered in 0.0001" increments to simplify mold repair is available from Ross Tool Corporation of Warren, Rhode Island.
Rosspunch M-2 Thru-Hardened Ejectors and Core Pins are hardened throughout to Rc 60-63 and can be ground without loss of Rockwell hardness to permit detailed end work and prevent dishing. Ready for mold insertion, they are offered in decimal diameters and 0.0001" increments to fit the bearing I.D.
Available in straight and stepped diameters ranging from 0.0312" to 0.2500" with 0.0003" tolerance, Rosspunch M-2 Thru-Hardened Ejectors and Core Pins come in 6" and 8" overall lengths and various shoulder sizes. Metric sizes precision ground to g6 metric ISO standards are also offered.
