Machined from H-13 hotwork die steel with 50-54 Rc blade hardness and annealed heads, US Standard Inch Ejector Blades range from .024-.078 in. thick and .100-.484 in. in width with tolerance of +.0000-.0003 in. Units come in 8 standard overall lengths from 5-10 3/8 in. Custom blades in variety of tool steels with corner radii, vents, head flats, and EDM shapes can also be provided.

Ejector Blades U.S. Standard Inch
A new line of precision machined H-13 ejector blades that are offered in a wide range of U.S. Standard Inch sizes for mold- and die-makers is being introduced by Regal Components, Inc. of Clearwater, Florida.
Regal U.S. Standard Inch Ejector Blades are machined from H-13 hotwork die steel with 50-54 Rc blade hardness and annealed heads for easy machining. Available with blades from .024" to .078" thick, widths from .100" to .484", and a wide range pin and head diameters, thicknesses and blade lengths, they come in 8 standard overall lengths from 5" to 10-3/8" long.
Precision machined, Regal U.S. Standard Inch Ejector Blades feature +.0000" -.0003" tolerance on blade thickness and width. Custom blades in a variety of tool steels with corner radii, vents, head flats, and EDM shapes can also be provided.
