Encoder knob enables technician to scroll through menus and select testing parameters. Four function keys allow set up of repetitive inspection criteria such as gain, frequency, rotation, and filters. Internal memory stores up to 100 test setups.

UniWest Develops Multi-Channel, Multi-Frequency Eddy Current Instrument
The US-454M is a multi-channel eddy current inspection instrument that can be configured as one channel with four frequencies, two channels with two frequencies per channel or four channels with one frequency per channel. Frequency range is 10 Hz to 10 MHz.
A user-friendly encoder knob enables technicians to scroll through menus and select testing parameters. Four function keys make it easy to set up repetitive inspection criteria such as gain, frequency, rotation and filters. Internal memory will store up to100 test setups.
Four channels allow manufacturers to inspect four separate places on a single line or inspect four separate lines simultaneously. Applications include aerospace, automotive and primary metals. |
