Powered by Mobile Intel® 945GME+ICH7M Express chipset, embedded board offers DVI-I interface that integrates DVI-D and CRT displays as well as 24-bit signal/dual channel LVDS that maximizes visual quality of flat panel LCD and digital projectors. Additionally, dual GbE ports are connected from PCIe x1 bus for 1000 Base-T networking connectivity.

High Performance EPIC Embedded Board Boosts the Integration of the Display Solutions - EP830
October 4, 2007 -- AXIOMTEK, as a trusted Applied Computing Platform provider, is pleased to introduce an extreme high performance EPIC form factor single board computer (SBC), the EP830, which supports Socket M Intel® Core 2 Duo, Core Duo, and Core Solo processors with 533/667 MHz front side bus (FSB). Powered by Mobile Intel® 945GME+ICH7M Express chipset, this embedded board offers improved graphics and increased I/O bandwidth and provides excellent flexibility for a wide range of embedded applications like digital signage appliance (DSA,) DVR, POS and gaming solution markets.
Considering more and more popular external display applications, the EP830 supports DVI-I interface onboard which integrates DVI-D (Digital Video) and CRT (Analog Video) displays as well as 24-bit signal/dual channel LVDS that can maximize the visual quality experience onto flat panel LCD and digital projectors. Additionally, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports are connected from PCIe x1 bus for full speed 1000 Base-T networking connectivity. Some thoughtful features are also available for options including TPM 1.2, RAID and EPIC Express interface which are ideal for security, data redundancy and high performance expansion with reliable board-to-board stacking solution. Furthermore, it comes with onboard multiple serial interfaces such as, two IEEE1394a ports, 4 USB 2.0 ports, 8 Digital I/O, 4 COM ports and CompactFlash(TM) for SSD storage devices.
