EMI Shielding Gasket suits restricted space applications.
September 30, 2004 - Tower Shield miniature EMI shielding gasket is constructed of highly conductive foam with conductive self-adhesive strip at bottom. Foam can be compressed by more than 50%. With minimum width of 1 mm, and maximum height of 5 mm, gasket is suited for use on PCBs and other products where low compression force is required. Gasket can be produced in rolls of 100 m or be delivered as die-cuts.

Tower Shield, Soft Miniature EMI-Shield
Holland Shielding Systems in Dordrecht, the Netherlands, has developed a new EMI shielding gasket. The new aspect of this gasket is that its height exceeds its width.
Application: on pcb and other products where there is very little space and low compression force is required.
The material is a highly conductive foam with a conductive self-adhesive strip at the bottom. The foam can be compressed by even more than 50%.
The smallest width is 1 mm and the maximum height is 5 mm.
Tower shield can be produced in rolls of 100 meters long or be delivered as die-cuts.
Options: with water seal, high temperature, with cooling holes.
