Expanded Line of High Velocity Cyclone Dust Collectors

Sternvent recently expanded their line of long taper cone, high velocity cyclones that are proven workhorses because of their heavy gauge construction and conservatively sized motors. Cyclones are now available from 2-75 HP for airflows of 1,000-14,000 CFM, with 55-gallon drums, hoppers and rotary airlocks as dust storage choices. Options include top or ground mounted fan, discharge silencer, after filters, motor ice caps and explosion relief vents.

The simplicity and reliability of modern day cyclone dust collectors have made them a favorite of wood and metal working plant managers. Cyclones are ideal for capturing nuisance particulate resulting from cutting, planing, shaping, routing, grinding and polishing.

Established in 1952, Sternvent specializes in small to medium size dust collectors (1,000 - 15,000 CFM) which include high efficiency cyclones, compact shaker units with manual or motorized shaker, Jet-Pulse bag and cartridge units, and oil mist collectors used in maintenance facilities, and the chemical, metalworking, and woodworking industries. Equipment is available with basic modifications such as special filter media, alternate blower, special height dust containers, and special construction such as stainless steel.
