New Solutions for Multi-Stage Ejector Units

The new HASCO two-stage ejector Z1692/... with forward-running single stroke offers the user completely new ways of dealing with multi-stage demoulding operations. The special feature of this solution is that the demoulding process is performed in two completely separate stroke movements, which operate positively in a controlled manner. The strokes can be adjusted seamlessly.

The excellent power transmission is transferred via segments with a large cross section and guide length. The precision-made two-stage ejector Z1692/... is available in three sizes and is also offered as a ready-to-use solution with the first stroke1 customized to your requirement.

To round off it's wide range of ejector solutions, HASCO has extended the size of dimensions of the proven two-stage ejector Z1691/... by adding a 52 mm version. The further development of the classic Z169/... features central lubrication, integrated flange fastening and simple assembly on the ejector package. With an additional size, this technical solution is aimed at large mould requirements. Its outstanding parameters of movement are stroke 1 with 18-110 mm, and stroke 2 with maximum 180 mm. The permissible maximum forces are 14,000 kg static and 1,600 kg dynamic.

Summing up: These new multi-stage ejector solutions from HASCO offer long mould life and high production consistency.
