Quadro® ComilSift allows processors to go from milling applications up to 15,000 lb/hr to security screening and delumping applications up to 99,000 lb/hr. Milling mode efficiency is optimized due to infeed diameter size, while positive 360º discharge of security screening mode segregates and retains impurities and other foreign materials to accelerate sifting times. Construction facilitates integration into process streams, possibly eliminating need for feeding equipment.

New Product - Quadro® Comilsift - Two Innovative Technologies in One Unit
In our continuing efforts to increase efficiency and decrease costs for processors around the world, Quadro is proud to introduce the Quadro® ComilSift. Designed around two of our most popular product lines, the Quadro® Comil® Underdriven Series and our Quadro® FlexSift, processors can now handle two distinct tasks with one unit. With minimal effort, the Quadro® ComilSift can go from milling applications up to 15,000 lb/hr to (6800 kg/hr) to security screening and delumping applications up to 99,000 lb/hr (45,000 kg/hr). The milling mode is up to 50% more efficient than conventional mills due to the large infeed diameter; whereas the security screening mode features a positive, 360º discharge that effectively segregates and retains impurities and other foreign materials, cutting sifting times by up to 80%. The low profile construction fits into tight spaces allowing for easy integration into most process streams, often eliminating the need for feeding equipment. The ComilSift's inherently low dust process reduces room cleaning time by up to 50% and prevents expensive product loss. The low operating noise reduces the need for expensive hearing protection and the low heat generation ensures material processed retains its essential properties.
