November 26, 2012 - Delivering 5 W from 6-sided metal package measuring 1.110 x 1.110 x 0.4 in., Model VPT5-2800D provides dual outputs of ±5 V, ±12 V, and ±15 V. Converter features input voltage range of 15–50 V per MIL-STD-704 and MIL-STD-1275 and input transient voltage of 80 V for 1 sec per MIL-STD-704A. Operating over military temperature range of -55 to +100°C, fixed frequency device includes input undervoltage lockout, output soft start, short circuit protection, and current limit protection.

The VPT5-2800D DC-DC power converter delivers up to 5 watts from a small footprint of approximately one square inch, meets several military standards, and features a six-sided metal package.

The VPT5-2800D is a step down DC-DC power converter delivering up to 5W from two outputs.
