November 14, 2012 - Model iTHX-SD-5D Datalogger records temperature, RH, and dew point over Ethernet network, Internet, or on 2 GB SD Flash Memory card that stores up to 7 yr of readings taken at 10 sec intervals. Virtual chart recorder stores data as text files, which can be imported to spreadsheets or read on PC or Mac with USB card reader. Dual channel feature allows for measurement of data from 2 locations. Triggered if readings go above or below set point, alarms can be sent by email or text message.

Santa Ana, CA – The OMEGAź iTHX-SD-5D Datalogger records temperature, relative humidity, and dew point over an Ethernet network or the Internet and locally on an SD card.

The new dual channel feature allows for measurement of data from two locations. For example: you can measure and chart temperature and relative humidity of your local area and temperature and humidity of another location 10 feet away.

The device can trigger an alarm if the temperature or humidity goes above or below a set point that the user determines. The alarms can be sent by email to a single user or to a group distribution list, including text messages to cell phones and PDA's.

The iTHX-SD comes complete with a removable 2 GB SD Flash Memory card that can store up to seven years of readings taken at ten second intervals. The data is recorded on widely available SD (Secure Digital) flash cards. The format is a simple text file that is easily imported to spread sheets and other programs. It can be read directly on a PC or MAC with a USB card reader. You can also download the data remotely over an Ethernet network or the Internet.

The iTHX-SD is designed and manufactured in Santa Ana, California, U.S.A.
