Long Term Storage Protection with So-Low's Dual Cascade Ultra-Low Freezer
So-Low’s U80-30D has a dual cascade refrigeration system that provides additional safety for long term valuable product storage. This means that there are two completely separate refrigeration systems, two temperature controls, and two independent electrical systems with two power cords. The dual cascade refrigeration system supplies approximately twice the thermal capacity of the single cascade system. If one system would have a mechanical failure, the other system will still continue to operate and maintain the temperature at the setpoint of -80°C. The So-Low dual cascade system provides quick temperature pulldown.
