Drying Time Recorders conform to ASTM D 5895.

Series 5000 consists of electronic, multicycle, circular drying time recorders with programmable cycle range from 1 min to 96 hours. They feature microprocessor-controlled crystal timing regulation and auto-stop upon completion of time cycle. Status and Time event count-up is displayed on 16-character LCD. Ambient temperature sensor is switchable for °F or °C with Min, Max, and current temperature displayed. Units runs on 110 V/60 Hz or 220 V/50 Hz.

The unit has been designed to control a motor so that its shaft driven 3/8" teflon stylus will complete one rotation in a period which can be programed from 1 minute to 96 hours.
The temperature can be displayed in Centigrade or Fahrenheit.
