Available in 4 in. size with ductile iron body and black E-coat, G-4000 dry valve is cULus-Listed and FM-Approved, has external reset feature, and offers pressure rating of 250 psi. Complete valve assembly includes valve and trim package as well as water supply control valve, alarm pressure switch, and air supervisory switch. Along with complete, factory-installed trim components, 12 in. section of piping is also included to facilitate installation and servicing.

Viking Launches New Model G-4000 Dry Valve
Hastings, Michigan, USA - Viking Corporation, a global leader in fire protection products and services, has added a new dry valve to its quality line of fire protection systems. The new model G-4000 dry valve, which is cULus Listed and FM Approved, offers many design and installation advantages including simplified trim, reduced weight, and a compact size.
The new G-4000 dry valve includes an innovative external reset feature. To reset the valve, the installer simply re-establishes air pressure to the system and then pressurizes the valve's unique priming chamber. In a fire condition, system air pressure is lost and the priming chamber compresses allowing water to pass through the valve and into the sprinkler system piping. The new dry valve has a pressure rating of 250 PSI (17,2 bar) and features a strong, lightweight, ductile iron body with black E-coat.
The new G-4000 dry valve is available in a four-inch size and includes complete, factory-installed trim components. The complete G-4000 dry valve assembly includes the valve and trim package as well as the water supply control valve, alarm pressure switch, and air supervisory switch. A 12 inch (0,3 m) section of piping is also included to facilitate installation and future servicing of the valve.
