Made of all-welded, structural steel with 316 stainless wetted parts, dual-lance Model ADO-5520 automatically rotates each drum, locates and aligns bung openings, positions each drum at 6 o'clock, then shuttles drums to fill station where tare and filling is also automatic. When converted to twin pail filler by selector switch, machine indexes 2 containers directly to fill station then tares and fills two 5-gallon jugs, simultaneously. Fill rate is 8 pails per minute.

Automatic Dual-Lance 55-Gallon Drum Filler Easily Converts to Fill 5-Gallon Jugs
An automatic drum filler, designed to convert from 55 to 5-gallon jugs/pails, has been introduced by Specialty Equipment of Houston, Texas.
The new unit, Model ADO-5520, is a dual-lance filler that automatically rotates each drum, locates and aligns the bung openings, positions each drum at six o'clock, then shuttles them to the fill station where the tare and filling is also automatic.
When converted to a twin pail filler, by a selector switch, this machine indexes two containers directly to the fill station then tares and fills two (2) five-gallon jugs, simultaneously. The fill rate is 8 pails per minute.
Standard construction material is rugged, all-welded, structural steel with 316 stainless for wetted parts. Additional standard equipment includes a drum indexer, a drum rotator, pneumatic locator, conveyors, and a flip-down twin pail indexer.
