Explosion-Proof Lift & Seal Drum Dumper
Equipment is designed to discharge drums of a corrosive chemical powder into a reactor manway opening at 43" above floor level. Exclusive MTS Lift & Seal System(TM) hydraulically seals drums to a 316-2b stainless steel pour cone for dust-tight operation. Once drum is sealed, it is rotated 150° for complete product discharge. Electrically driven hydraulic system includes controls designed for Class I, Division II, Group D service. Unit features a carbon steel tubular frame with corrosion resistant Steel-It® epoxy finish, a Posi-flate® butterfly valve with corrosion resistant construction, and corrosion resistant seals.
