The Hydraulic Drum Crusher will reduce drum storage space while lowering disposal costs by crushing 55-gallon steel drums to approximately 6". This heavy-duty Drum Crusher/Compactor has a crushing power of 38,000 pounds. The standard drum compacting feature allows you to also compact products within the drum by simply removing the drum crushing platen
Standard safety features include a pressure relief valve to prevent overloading, a door interlock system to prevent the motor from running if the door is open. A drum head piercer is standard to allow for drum venting, built-in fork pockets to aid in transporting, dual speed hydraulic pump provides quick, 25 second cycle time, 3-position "Compact - Off - Crusher" key selector switch, mushroom head emergency stop button, door interlock system with key and protective cover for indoor and outdoor applications.
