AutoDrill Now Offers a Very Small Drill that Allows Drilling of Holes at High RPM Rates

AutoDrill now offers a very small drill that allows drilling of holes at high RPM rates on their 1000 series units. These units can be equipped to have a proof of return signal provided by the drill itself. By offering these units with the proof of return signal in either pneumatic or electric drive format, automation beyond what many competitors are able to provide is available at very reasonable prices. Air motors or electric motors are available and RPM rates up to 11,500 can be achieved. AutoDrill can also provide DC motors which have an adjustable RPM rate so you can run with much greater accuracy for your process.

The complete AutoDrill units are compact and make efficient use of space in every way. Measuring approximately four inches wide, by four inches high and under twelve inches long, they are some of the most capable and compact systems on the market today.

The 1000 series AutoDrill is rated for use on woods, plastics, metals and various other materials. It can be used in combinations for complex patterns or production drilling operations where multiple spindle drilling heads are not appropriate. AutoDrill offers basic pneumatic and electrical control systems which can sequence the drills to avoid interference during a process or simply to make it simple for an operator to run the system.

AutoDrill offers free application and design assistance. Free CAD drawings are available for all their equipment including pneumatic control systems.
Multiple spindle drilling heads are also available from AutoDrill for more complex or closely spaced patterns.
