Compact Size Downdraft Bench
A compact, ergonomic, intermittent-duty dust collection bench for small parts grinding and finishing processes has been released by Donaldson Australasia.
Downdraft bench Model DB-800 is a heavy-duty welded cabinet unit with direct drive fan that provides long-lasting, dependable service.
This self-contained dust collector is designed to act as a workstation to capture contaminants from such tasks.
Model DB-800 has hinged side-wing panels that open to accommodate longer work pieces. Quick access to its dust drawer provides easy and safe maintenance. Built-in fluorescent light illuminates work area.
A rugged construction, the Downdraft Bench has been ergonomically designed for operator comfort while maintaining a powerful 200ft/min minimum downward airflow to capture dust and fumes.
Its manually-operated shaker makes filter bag cleaning easy. Filter changes are extremely simple with the EZ Filter Pack - a one-piece lightweight filter bag pack that is installed without tools and provides a positive pressure seal.
