Law Bulletin Publishing Company Releases DM2000 Version 3.0

CHICAGO, Aug. 31 // -- The Law Bulletin Information Network, a division of the Law Bulletin Publishing Company, is pleased to announce a new release of DM2000®. The newest version of the Docket Management system, DM2000®, provides numerous features to enhance productivity and firm wide communications. These new features include techniques for speedier data entry, expedited report retrieval, new data maintenance techniques, and new paths for firm wide communications. Allen Cotton, Senior Managing Director of the Information Network, stated, "Our clients have played a very significant part in the development of these new features and enhancements. Their ideas have been the key to our development of DM2000® from the beginning and we believe that this new version will add new support for the work they provide to their clients. Our clients who are already using the new version 3.0 have given us extremely positive comments relating 'how easy it is to navigate' and 'its time saving aspects'. We remain firmly committed to providing products that address our clients needs."

DM2000® provides the unique service of court call matching to a firm's caseload; and manages cases with calendar entries, clients matters and other proprietary information for law firms. New and updated reports organize the growing volume of docket information more efficiently. New searches provide better options for managing cases and retrieving firm information. Other exciting new features improve the speed and versatility of data entry and maintenance for customers. Safe guards are included to guarantee that firm information and critical reports contain correct and current data. Law Bulletin provides business continuity as DM2000 is housed at two different data centers and may be accessed from any remote location. Actions performed in DM2000® may be traced to individual personnel, allowing Docket Managers to assess productivity and training needs. An electronic Help file facilitates product usage. Additionally, direct links in DM2000® are provided to court and related sites which may be used for efficient docket maintenance.

The optional DMOutlook service allows attorneys to receive real time updates to their Outlook calendars through a Microsoft Exchange integration. Lawyers may synchronize DM2000® calendars with their Blackberrys, or other wireless devices.

The Law Bulletin Publishing Company has a 152 year legacy of serving the legal community as the publisher of the oldest daily courts paper in the country, the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. Roots in the publication of Daily Court Calls since the mid 1800s provided a seamless development into the business of docket management. For over 20 years, the Law Bulletin Publishing Company has pioneered docket management technology, evolving into electronic docket management with the introduction of DM2000® in 1984. Many improvements have since been added and the latest edition of DM2000® version 3.0 is a result of decades of experience and innovation.
