Overall display size is 182 x 33.5 x 14.5 mm for LED backlight version and maximum 9.5 mm for reflective version, both with dot pitch of 0.65 x 0.70 mm. Unit is available in TN and STN fluids with temperature ranges of 0°C to +50°C standard and -20°C to +70°C wide temperature.
