Avenview Corp. Introduces New DisplayPort Extender Over Single Fiber Optic Cable
KENMORE, N.Y., -- Avenview Corp., a leading manufacturer of A/V extenders, video splitters, and switches, is pleased to introduce its new DisplayPort Extender over Single SC Fiber Optic that is designed to let digital flat panel displays extend to up to 300 meters (1,000 ft) away.
The Avenview FO-DP-300-EMI, DisplayPort Extender over Single SC Fiber Optic is able to transmit up to four videos and one low-speed lane, while simultaneously receiving one low-speed signal, all on one multi-mode fiber. The DisplayPort Extender's maximum supporting resolution is WQXGA (2560x1600). It supports DPCP & HDCP by AUX channel.

At just 2.91" x 1.3" x 0.45", the DisplayPort Extender's small size allows for insertion into internal systems. An automatic power switch is included, with an optional external power supply available for the transmitter.
