For anything from heavy grease, to oil, to water-merpol solution to windshield washer fluid, Jesco has the complete meter, mix and dispense package available. These packages have adjustable mechanical stops that can deliver repeatable metered shots of just about any size. They are also available in 16:1 and 36:1 power ratios to suit the needs of the material being dispensed.
The system offers an ergonomic dual trigger gun which can be configured a variety of ways. The dispenser can be adjusted to different size shots from one gun, or it can be adjusted to alternately dispense from one side and then the other side, eliminating the need to wait for refilling.
Pneumatic controls properly sequence the dispensers, control the operation of the gun, and allow the dispense and refill rates to be fully adjustable.
