DL Technology DispenseLink II® System Enables Cost-Effective Micro Dispensing
HAVERHILL, MA – The patented DL Technology, LLC® DispenseLink II® system enables cost-effective dispensing of dot-arrays, lines, fill routines, and custom patterns. PLC controls provide single-dispense programming for RPM, index, and acceleration, and can be configured on any standard dispensing platform or XYZ robotics system. DispenseLink II is compatible with either the DL Micro ValveTM for micro-volume dispensing, or the DL HY-FLOTM Valve for large-volume dispensing applications.
DispenseLink II features password security and easy programmability. The DispenseLink II controller comes with mounting hardware, five meter cables, and a digital pressure gauge. When configured for micro-volume applications, the DispenseLink II system includes the controller, DL Micro Valve, and DL custom machined needles. A brushless motor with programmable encoder precisely controls the rotation of the auger and provides more than 57,000 counts per 360° revolution. This allows the valve to repeatably dispense down to 0.005” (5 mil), depending on the material and application requirements.
The DispenseLink system can also be configured with the DL HY-FLO Valve for large-volume electronics, medical device, and electro-mechanical assembly applications. The HY-FLO valve provides precise material control and repeatability by maintaining consistent temperature and material viscosity.
