With work area of 8 x 8 in. and z axis of 2 in., Model I&J7900-LF can be interpolated in all axes, permitting any dispensing path such as gasket beads and autofill areas.
Compact 3-axis robot is programmed using dispensing software, and step by step instructions are entered via LCD teach pendant. With resolution of 20 microns, product can store up to 100 programs in data memory/flash card, and comes with optional software package for storage, editing, and conversion of CAD files.

I&J Fisnar Inc. continue to introduce economical and innovative robot designs for dispensing applications. The latest system is the model I&J7900-LF, a fully RoHS compliant compact 3-Axis Dispensing Robot with a sizable work area of 8 x 8 inches (200 x 200mm) and a Z-Axis of 2 inches (50mm).
The I&J7900-LF is simple to program using unique Dispensing Software and step by step point-and-click instructions entered via a brightly lit LCD Teach Pendant. Resolution is 20 microns and up to 100 programs can be stored in the robot's data memory and/or Flash Card. An optional windows software package can be used for greater storage, editing, and conversion of CAD files.
Interpolation is possible in all axes permitting any dispensing path such as gasket beads and auto-fill areas. I&J Fisnar Inc. robots can apply dots, lines, circles, and ellipses in any Point-to-Point or Continuous Path configuration.
