New SingleMultiple Consolidates Three Machines into One

Fluid Research Corporation (www.fluidresearch.com) announced the production of the new SingleMultiple single component dispenser to dispense a single component material multiple times simultaneously.

Single component dispensing is the largest dispensing category - and one of the fastest growing categories. Fluid Research developed a dispense system that will dispense a single component up to four times simultaneously; the groundbreaking feature is the simultaneous dispenses can be at varying ratios.

For example, a wiring harness needs to be potted in two separate places - in varying amounts the SingleMultiple is able to dispense both sides simultaneously, reducing capital equipment expenditures since this machine can replace several machines. The SingleMutliple will also reduce labor, waste, material needed, and production time - with the price of oil increasing on an almost daily basis, these are benefits all manufacturers should be exploring.

The SingleMultiple features ViscoTec's Perfectly Dosed Progressing Cavity pumps to ensure a pulse-free dispense while featuring the ability to easily integrate with robotics to further increase accuracy, repeatability and quality. The SingleMultiple is becoming one of the most frequently requested machines, as materials increase in complexity, the SingleMultiple is poised to exceed expectations.
