Better Pack® 555e series water-activated tape (WAT) dispensers are offered with CodeTaper® 6 printing accessory, which enables on-demand printing of codes, logos, dates, or messages directly on tape as it is dispensed. In-line printing process increases tamper-evidence and discourages in-transit tampering. CodeTaper 6 configurations are available to accommodate tape widths from 1.5-3 in. on all Better Pack models and up to 4 in. on select models.

Dispenser Accessory Enables In-Line Printing on WAT, Adding Another Layer of Packaging Security

The CodeTaper 6 allows on-demand printing of custom codes, logos, dates or other messaging directly on the tape as it is dispensed. This in-line printing process is an effective and efficient means of applying codes or unique identifying characters to cartons as they're sealed, helping to increase tamper-evidence and discourage in-transit tampering and pilferage. The use of invisible ink creates custom imprints viewable only with ultraviolet light, further increasing the level of security.
CodeTaper 6 configurations are available to accommodate tape widths from 1.5 inches to 3 inches on all Better Pack models, and up to 4 inches on some models The accessory can be purchased with the Better Pack 555e and all other Better Pack dispensers, or can be purchased as an add-on to an existing Better Pack dispenser (an adapter kit might be required). .
