Designed to control on/off flow of materials of any viscosity for robotic or automated applications, model 2600-001 tip-seal dispense valve employs divorced design that prevents material from contacting atmosphere. Zero cavity tip-seal nozzle ensures clean material shutoff when valve is closed, while abrasion-resistant seals and components lend to extended life. Available with 3/16 or ¼ in. orifice, valve is rated for 4,000 psi max operation and has two 3/8 in. NPTF inlet ports.

High-Volume Tip-Seal Dispense Valve Controls On/Off of High-Viscosity Material
Sealant Equipment & Engineering Inc.'s new tip-seal dispense valve model 2600-001 is designed to control the on/off flow of high-viscosity material for robotic or automated applications.
The valve is ideal for high-volume applications of silicone or other moisture sensitive materials. Its "divorced design" prevents the material from contacting the atmosphere. The 2600-001 can be used with all material viscosities.
Sealant Equipment's zero cavity tip-seal nozzle insures a clean material shutoff when the valve is closed.
Abrasion-resistant seals and components help to insure a long service life. Model 2600-001 is available with either a 3/16-inch or a 1/4-inch orifice. The valve features flats for fixturing or automation mounting, high pressure operation (4,000 P.S.I. maximum operating pressure) and two 3/8-inch N.P.T.F. inlet ports.
